Should I Improve It or Just Do It?

Hmmm.... this idea has been on my mind for now... I am drawing doodles at school with no inspiration. I don't know if I can either do it or improve it because my art is anime, but it looks childish. I'm not sure what to choose! I'm so nervous! Ugh... I really need some answers. I've been drawing bases in uses of Hair, Hands, Clothing, Body Anatomy, and eyes as manequins! What should I choose? If no-one is helping me choose then I'll think about it.

Anyway, the reason why I'm preparing bases for these parts, is because I am preparing to draw my Amateur Suregon waifu. The woman who was Ignacious Bleed's grandniece.... the mentor and student of Alan Probe... the woman who is sick from Hubris's lair... whose limbs are replaced by Reverend R. Apocalypse.... the person who took Alan's part of his brain for a machine... and the woman who cloned his late granduncle... *Drumrolls*.... if you guessed it, then you're correct! It's Ophelia Payne herself!

I really loved her from last year, but I've been crying so hard when I've realized her fewtures in the 4th game . Before closing this, the art will be prepared soon! Sayonara minna!
